📦 SHIPPING POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

Shipping times may vary depending on the product. Some items are in-stock and ready to ship, while others may be in production or currently in transit to us. Shipping estimates for each item are clearly listed in the product description — please read thoroughly before placing your order.

📅 Business Days
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding all U.S. national holidays. Weekends do not count toward business day processing.

⏱ Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are typically shipped within the timeframe stated in the product description. This can range from same/next-day shipping for on-hand items, to 7–21 business days for made-to-order or in-transit items. If multiple items are purchased, they may ship separately based on availability.

📫 Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays, international customs holds, or weather-related issues once the package has left our facility. These factors are beyond our control. Tracking will be provided once your order ships.

❗ Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package ships and leaves our facility,we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you enter the correct address on your order because we are not responsible for your package if the carrier fails to deliver your package due to incorrect address. Also be sure to monitor tracking updates.
