1. When will my order ship?

We ship fast — most in-stock items go out same day or next business day. However, shipping times vary depending on the item, whether it’s in-stock, on the way to us, or in production.
To get the most accurate info, please refer to the shipping estimate listed in the product description of the item you ordered.
Some items may ship within a few days, while others (such as pre-orders or restocks) may take longer.

During peak seasons or due to manufacturing delays, please allow up to 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday) for processing. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship at different times.

We always keep our customers updated through Instagram or SMS/email if there are any unexpected delays.

2. How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, U.S. shipping typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.
Pre-orders and delayed items may take longer, depending on the product and shipping season. Estimated timeframes are always listed on the product page.

Please note: unexpected delays can happen due to production, shipping partners, or other factors outside of our control. We do our best to keep you updated via email or Instagram. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll post updates and reach out directly when needed.

3. Where’s my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email or SMS.
Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder.

4. My tracking says delayed / stuck — help?
Once we ship your package, it’s completely in USPS’s hands.
We do not control delays, lost items, or shipping speed. For updates, please contact USPS directly. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen items, so please contact USPS for any issues regarding your shipment.

5. What size should I get?
Check the sizing note in each product’s description.
Some items are true to size, others are oversized — sizing guidance is always listed clearly.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?
We do not allow order cancellations or refunds after purchase.
If you need to make a change (like address or item), you must contact us immediately after placing the order.
Once tracking has been created or it has shipped — we cannot make any changes.

7. What if I put the wrong address?
If you enter the wrong address at checkout and your order ships — we are not responsible.
If it gets returned to us, you’ll need to pay for reshipping.
(We’ll provide a 100% off code so you can re-checkout — shipping cost still applies.)

8. Do you offer exchanges or returns?
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges.
Why? Most of our items are limited and often sell out fast — we may not have the size you want to exchange for.
Please double-check your size and order info before checking out.

9. Will you restock?
Most of our pieces are limited and will NOT restock.
Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Stay tapped in with our email/SMS for the next drop.
